Spare parts request: we look for the part you need
Not everything we handle is listed online. Our shop shows part of what goes through our workshop: if the part you need is not there, write it here and we will take care of it.
We have worked on port and yard machines — reachstackers, container handlers, heavy forklifts, terminal tractors — for almost thirty years. We buy them, overhaul them and resell them: that means we actually strip the assemblies down, and we know where to look for the right part, including on machines out of production.
How it works
- You fill in the form with brand, model and, if you have it, the part number.
- We check compatibility against your machine’s serial number, before quoting.
- We send you the quotation with availability, lead time and transport.
Two things that speed up the answer
The serial number. You will find it on the machine’s identification plate. It is what lets us trace the exact configuration of your unit: without it, many assemblies exist in different variants for the same model and the check takes longer.
A photo. Of the plate, or of the part once removed. On a component already stripped out, a photograph is worth more than any written description — and it saves us asking you questions.
If you have neither serial number nor part number, that is not a problem: describe the part and where it sits on the machine, and we will do the rest.
